The Balloon Man has been a great hit with Christmas In The Village and we are more than happy to have him back to put smiles on the faces of the kid's that enjoy him so much.

The “Balloon Man” Victor Ogaz is from New Matamoras, Ohio. He delights children and adults of all ages with different kinds of balloon shapes, from swords to poodles, to crowns and bracelets.

Come and watch the drama of the balloons being transformed into the children’s choice of shapes. And watch their faces light up with awe!!
